We are based in Devon but we supply our cues all over the world. WARNING: Do not compare our telescopic products with cheaper imported models. Ours are made on site in Ilfracombe, England and the quality comes from over 20 years of knowledge, development and manufacture.

Hi Michael, I am afraid we can still not find a supplier for this type of case but we do have some very nice alternative 1pc cue cases available to consider and you are welcome to phone me to discuss if you wish. If we are able to source this type of case we will try to remember to get in contact but we have been looking for a long time so I am not hopeful of finding a supplier for the hanging club tube cases.

I see you have the Master cue professional from their millennium range in stock in a one piece. I was wondering if you also have it as a 3/4 and also do you have specs of the actual cues in stock or do your oder them after an order is placed? Id love to come down to your store to have a look but unfortunately too far.
Hi Jordan, where are you writing from? Certainly if you did plan to visit you would be welcome but we operate an appointment system. This allows customers to try the cues on our pool table in the showroom but also we could be out table fitting. Anyway, if you are too far away to visit don’t worry, we send our cues all over the world. Regarding the cue spec’s if you advise exactly what you want we will go through our stock and advise of the cue with the nearest spec’ to your requirements. On average though I can advise most of our Mastercue stock is between 18 and 18.5 oz’s with a cue length of between 57 and 58 inches. The tip sizes are either 8.5mm for pool or 9.5mm for snooker. You do not state which you are interested in but if it is snooker I can advise that we do have the Professional available in 9.5mm tip. . I will say that the more specifications requested the harder it is to find a suitable cue but I will do my best. The Professional is a nice cue so hopefully we will be able to find you something you will be happy with. You are welcome to phone me if you wish to discuss in more detail. can you please advise on the best price on a long hard case for a 4 piece cue length of cue is 58inch the mini butt is 7 inch and the telescopic extension is 22.5inch, Thanks for your help
Good evening I am looking for a hard case that will take a 4 piece cue, the length of the cue is 58inch or 148cm the mini butt is 7inch or 18cm and the telescopic ext is 22.5inch or 57cm. Could you please advise me on the best case that can accomadate all that.
Hi Michael, I seem to have a problem sending replies to your e-mail, however I will do so again. Yes, the 2 section Blue Arrow 1pc case will hold up to a 59 inch cue, mini-butt and Blueray, however as you state you have a 4 piece cue I am wondering if your cue is butt jointed so will also fit in to our butt-jointed cue cases. Does Blueray BL16 cue extension fit a Buffalo snooker cue (3 peiece).
The BL16 can be made to fit providing we can find the correct thread for your cue. If you can give us some more information about your cue such as model and age, we will look in to this for you and advise. Hi Randi, we only have cues in stock of standard lengths of 57 and 58 inches though we are considering making some longer ones of 59 and 60 inches perhaps in the future. We can make up one of our telescopic cues at almost any length you want (see https://www.snookercues.com/product/cueplus-57-telescopic-snooker-cue/ ) Where did you hear of us? If you are local you could visit us (by appointment), otherwise the only other option would be to have a traditional cue custom made which would be expensive and would take several weeks. Did you have a particular budget?
I would like to know if I can purchase training videos for 8 ball pool. If I can also view these videos on the net before I can purchase.
